University of Tehran is the oldest modern university located in Tehran, Iran. It is also one of the most prestigious universities in the Middle East. The University of Tehran, College of Farabi is located in the religious city of Qom, 120 kilometers south of the Capital. This College is one of the important academic parts of University of Tehran which is the oldest higher education center in Qom province. It has contiguity pride to Holy shrine of Fatima-Al-Masoumeh. It also has a heavy responsibility as a connective bridge for unity between two scientific–spiritual centers, university and seminary (Hawza ʻilmiyya) with regards to geographical location.
