Abstract
Dilation and erosion operations are two basic operations in morphological image processing. All morphology algorithms use these two operations for image processing. Several quantum methods have been suggested in order to reduce the time complexity of morphological operations. Some of these methods have used quantum measurements, set theory, quantum Grover search. In this paper, a variety of algorithms in this field can be obtained using the shift function with polynomial complexity.
